Our Beliefs
A simple summary of what we believe as a Southern Baptist church.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s Word — true, trustworthy, without error, and the final authority for what we believe and how we live.
God
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, and offers salvation to all who trust in Him.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace. A person is saved by repenting of sin and placing faith in Jesus Christ alone.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer, empowering us to grow in faith, obey God’s Word, and serve others.
The Church
We believe the church is a family of believers who worship together, grow together, and carry the gospel to the world.
Baptism & The Lord’s Supper
We practice baptism by immersion as a symbol of new life in Christ. We observe the Lord’s Supper to remember Jesus’ sacrifice and proclaim His return.
The Christian Life
We believe followers of Jesus are called to love God, love others, and live out the gospel in everyday life.
The Mission
We believe God sends His people into the world to share the good news of Jesus with all nations, beginning in our own community.
